Automotive news from the excellent autoblog website for review.

SEPANG, 31st May 2008 The menacing spell of high-powered machines will once again shudder the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) this weekend, and the event is set to create another history when more than 100 fully-modified vehicles are expected to take part for Round 2.
The speed battle is organised by SIC, with full endorsement from the Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM).
From the feedback that SIC, this round has been much awaited by the local drag racers… and we expect an extra heavy participation this time.
SIC hopes that the racers will come in full might, to compete on a safe venue – an actual racing circuit, not the streets.
The drag race at SIC involves contests of speed between two machines at one time, on a straight 402-metre track.
Tickets for this event are priced at RM10 each for grandstand seating and RM30 for Pit Building and Paddock. Parking fees at the Paddock are RM2 for motorcycles and RM5 for others.
Time Race Start : 9pm
